Onomo Hotel Johannesburg Sandton

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a better taxi. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Property was lovely and excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.

We got exceptionally comfortable and perfect double room for 2 adult a 2 kids as an upgrade, nice gesture. Its amazing, central location was a plus. Bar Hard Rock Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise👌

The location was fantastic and breakfast was good

There was no phone in the room,the socket next to the bed wasn’t working,there was no closet for my bags and clothes

Upon check-in, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and took an unusual amount of time to assist me. I encountered issues with the hotel security. There were unnerving situations outside, as there were individuals harassing my Uber drivers. This situation, and I noticed the hotel staff did not take adequate measures to ensure guest safety.

Delightful hotel, we really enjoyed it.

The staff were friendly from the reception to the dining staff. All were ready to provide warm services.

There was no water dispenser upstairs so unless you go downstairs to get hot water if you wish to make tea or coffee

I stayed for 2 nights as a solo traveler, primarily to explore the nearby attractions like Sandton City Shopping Centre and the Sandton Convention Center. The location was super convenient. While the room was cozy, I found it slightly cramped and missing some basics. The breakfast could use some variety, more than just the basic black coffee and milk, but I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the quick check-in process.

Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Sandton Convention Center was magnificent. Our room was exquisite and new-fashioned for 2 adult a 2 kids.

That was what I call brilliant base for short stay. The place was fairly clean with accommodating and welcoming staff members. Also, location was best possible and brilliant, relatively near a large shopping mall.

The room was modern and well-maintained but on the smaller side. Breakfast options were limited and could be improved for better guest satisfaction.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, but the breakfast options were disappointing. Happy hour at the bar was a nice touch.

No one bothered to issue a welcome drink, and waiting 10 minutes for breakfast eggs is just absurd. I had to ask for a room clean before 1pm-how is that acceptable? Once almost gave a good review but just couldn't when treated like another ordinary guest.
